Do people really win?
Absolutely.
Every CarPro Sweeps winner is selected through a verified random drawing process administered by an independent sweepstakes administrator.
Once a winner has been confirmed and all required paperwork has been completed, we announce winners on our website, email list, and social media channels.
Our goal is complete transparency so you can participate with confidence.
How is the winner selected?
At the end of each sweepstakes, all eligible entries—including free mail-in entries—are compiled and reviewed by our independent sweepstakes administrator.
The winner is selected through a random electronic drawing conducted according to the Official Rules.
CarPro does not manually choose winners.
The entire process is designed to ensure fairness, compliance, and transparency for every participant.
How will I know if I’ve won?
If you’re selected as the potential winner, we will attempt to contact you directly using the information provided during entry.
We typically begin with a phone call and may also send an email or text message.
We will never notify winners solely through social media direct messages.
If we are unable to reach a potential winner within the timeframe outlined in the Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
How do I know my entries are being tracked correctly?
We use a secure Shopify-based entry management platform called Giveaway Gator to track and manage sweepstakes entries.
Every qualifying order automatically receives the correct number of entries based on the promotion rules. Before the winner is selected, entry records are reviewed and audited to help ensure accuracy.
In addition, our independent sweepstakes administrator reviews the final entry pool before conducting the drawing.
Why does it take several weeks to announce the winner?
There is a lot that happens after a sweepstakes closes.
Our independent sweepstakes administrator must:
- Process all eligible entries
- Include mail-in entries
- Conduct the random drawing
- Verify eligibility
- Complete required legal paperwork
- Confirm acceptance of the prize
Because of these steps, the winner verification process can take several weeks. While we know waiting is hard, these procedures help ensure every sweepstakes is conducted fairly and legally.
Is a purchase required to enter?

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Each sweepstakes includes a free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) that is described in the Official Rules.
Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning beyond receiving the number of entries associated with that offer.
